„I saw Dr. Richter yesterday morning for an emergency appointment. I was greeted with a friendly and, for a Sunday morning, quite adequate "Good morning"—something you sadly don't experience everywhere these days. The staff, both at reception and walking around the practice, were all smiling. Dr. Richter herself and her assistants made a very professional impression and did an excellent job. Every step was explained. I will definitely return or register as a new patient.“

„Absolutely not recommended, there are no patients there, but my wife is in excruciating pain and this dentist was the only one still open and we were turned away over the phone, the Hippocratic oath and helping people are apparently no longer that important, the lowest of the low... Absolutely not recommended!“

„The dentists are excellent. I always enjoy going there. However, the receptionists are usually the opposite. Today, when I was there, I was immediately told to pull my mask up over my nose. As a glasses wearer, this immediately annoyed me. Then, when I saw the technician for the X-ray machines walking around the entire practice WITHOUT A MASK, I thought I was being taken for a ride. Despite this, I would still recommend the practice to anyone. However, the receptionists have been much less friendly lately. And I've heard the same from several other patients in the waiting room.“
